(Psychology Pre-Doctoral Intern, CSUSM Student Health & Counseling Services)

The Exercise Factor: A presentation on the benefits of exercise and how it can help improve both physical and psyhological health. This presentation will include a discussion on how you can use both exercise and sports psychology based theories in your everyday life to promote your overall health. Relations among exercise, self-esteem, mood, stress, and anxiety will also be explored.
